A-Mao’s First Kosher Meal—猶太餐初體驗

艾創2009年的員工旅遊去了馬來西亞。此行覺得最不味的食物,不是大馬當地各式各樣的風味餐,而是去程搭長榮時的猶太餐。訂的理由很簡單,只想製造未來與以色列客戶打屁的話題。機上特殊的餐食都是先上的,A-Mao特別要求的猶太餐也不例外(英國廠商Hermolis製造)。花了九牛二虎之力才把它打開,看著周遭同事那些好奇又嗷嗷待哺的眼光,便把所有甜食分送出去,大家都說讚!接下來,就只剩主菜、麵包與水果了。主菜是魚肉燴蔬菜,要多「膻」情有多「膻」情!麵包是普通的全麥麵包;只有水果是唯一被完食的項目。雖然一開始看起來很豐盛,但是吃完還是很餓的感覺,只有一個「囧」字能形容。再,謝謝J同學的照片。【犹太餐】

Fried Halfbeak—油炸水針魚

Ultracker’s annual company travel in 2009 is in Malaysia. The most delicious thing A-Mao thought is halfbeak by net dragging (Chinese: 牽罟). In Japan, halfbeak is usually made into sashimi, nigiri or tenpura, whereas this one is fried with bone directly. It is a pity not to enjoy raw, crispy fish. After being fried, however, its elegant flavor is like the friendship between men of virtue which is as light as water. Also good to eat.

2009年艾創員旅在大馬。此行A-Mao覺得最好味的東西,是大夥合力牽罟抓到的水針魚。日本料理中,水針(日文:サヨリ・細魚)多用來做生魚片、握壽司或天婦羅;馬來西亞在地料理是直接帶骨油炸的。活跳跳的水針不吃生的,享受它的爽脆清甜,實在是暴殄天物啊!然而,炸過的水針肉質綿綿密密、味道如君子之交,淡薄卻高雅,也是很好吃啦!又,謝謝J同學的照片。【针鱼】
