A-Mao tried dan-dan noodles of famous Din-Tai-Fung several times and still thinks that it of Lao-Deng is better. However, Japanese Petekobe made a comment on A-Mao’s article about Lao-Deng Dan-Dan Noodles: Lao-Jian-Zhong is more delicious! Fine. And A-Mao could not help going to this store to sample one bowl of dan-dan noodles. Normally, this kind of noodles is slight & exquisite, but this bowl is large, taste is heavy—flavor is a little bit too sweet, and sense of existence of sichuan pepper is enough. Though the texture is too soft, this one is really not bad to eat.
過去曾寫過一篇關於老鄧擔擔麵的博文,日本網友P桑回應:老建中担担麵比較好吃。A-Mao吃過名店鼎泰豐的擔擔麵多次,還是覺得老鄧担担麵略勝一籌;但,竟然有比老鄧好吃的?忍不住一日抽空前往,單點一碗建中人普遍有著回憶的擔擔麺。一般的担担麺精緻小巧,沒幾口就嗑完了。然而老建中擔擔麵的份量夠大、味道夠重、連花椒碎的存在感也夠足。雖然調味偏甜、麵條偏軟;不過,算是水準以上的美味好吃。
